Lucy and Jasmine are arguing over what moves is best to get a submission from and who is the best. Ryan comes in with an idea because he is sick of listening to their arguing. So Ryan presents them with a 3 round submission match and who ever win the most rounds, is the best. The first round consists of 9 different holds, both are to do the same holds and each gets their chance. Round 2 will consist of a steer of combination locks and round 3 will be 3 different sets of an upper body lock, lower body lock and a combination. Lucy and Jasmine use several different locks and holds and a skew of combinations in this DVD, Lucy is wearing the full white GI with ballet shoes and Jasmine wears the full red GI with ballet shoes.
